Pre-orders open Saturdays at 9 am and close Tuesdays at 10 pm.
Pickups are every Saturday between 10 am and 8:30 pm.
Once the pre-order window closes, we roll up our sleeves and get to work, crafting each loaf with love and care.
TRADITIONAL SOURDOUGH BREAD
Made with simple, organic ingredients, our traditional sourdough bread offers a soft, open crumb, gentle tang, and a chewy, golden crust. You can also substitute part of the flour for freshly milled whole wheat flour for an increase in nutritional value and an added depth of flavor.
Boiled then baked, our plain sourdough bagels have a satisfying crisp, golden crust and delightfully chewy center. Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or as a mid-day snack.
